What is it about this guy? William Fitzsimmons looks like a really weird lumberjack (you don’t want to meet in a dark forest with an axe in his hand) with a beard that seems to be a political statement. And you’re expecting almost everything, but not what is coming out of his mouth when he starts to sing. One of the softest and most beautiful voices you’ve ever heard. And on top of this he’s got an ironical sense of humor, although I thought most of the Americans don’t even know how to spell irony (well, I’m sure they don’t). Since he started singing I was completely paralyzed by this awesome artist and I was not the only one. The audience stopped talking, stopped moving, I guess some people even stopped breathing. And in addition to this incredible voice he also wrote songs that tear your heart apart. To hit the nail on it’s head: I payed for getting depressed and it was absolutely worth it.

Watch him talking and singing:

And I won’t forget to recommend the fabulous support called “Beacons”. A kind of light-hearted Hawaiian Folk Pop with a childlike influence. There was a Xylophone, kind of a triola, a harp and weird Mexican flute that looked like a voodoo puppet. Check’ them out!
